There is nothing we like more than hearing from our customers! That’s why we send out Customer Satisfaction Surveys to customers across all of our brands – this helps us to find out what you really think of our service!
In April 2012, over 550 of our customers took part in our survey and we received an overall satisfaction rating of 94.2%.
In a recent survey conducted in October 2012, over 650 customers took part in our survey. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to take part in our survey! Our overall customer satisfaction rating came to 94.7%!
That’s quite a good result but we’re going to strive to get it over 97% next time – because let’s face it, no one is 100% perfect, not even us!
