All new customers receive a 24 hour “No Worries” Guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with our service, simply return the funds to us within 24 hours and we will cancel your loan contract and reverse any fees or interest charged*.
* You must notify us by email within 24 hours of funds being deposited into your bank account should you wish to cancel your payday loan. Funds must be returned and cleared in our bank account within 48 hours of the loan being funded to you.
