Outside of work, Tim strives hard to keep fit (he’s regularly seen in his squash kit in the office!), spending time with his wife and 4 sons!
	Michael Stratman, Chief Financial Officer Michael has over 15 years experience as CFO of large public and private companies, including ASX listed Auspine Limited. Michael is a proud father of two, and in his spare time enjoys cycling, listening to music and a good Coonawarra red.
	Lucy Auchincloss, Chief Operating Officer Lucy has been working in online lending since 2003, working for some of the biggest and most successful lenders in the UK, US and here in Australia. Outside of work, Lucy likes to relax with her partner and their two chihuahuas, enjoying a glass of good red wine and a nice Italian meal, with the Beatles in the background of course!
	Debby Armstrong, Director of Shared Services Debby has 20 years experience in the customer service field with 11 of these managing the development of high volume contact centres. She has extensive experience in business improvement with a focus on retaining staff and customers across a number of industries and business disciplines. Outside the office, Debby is mum not only to her own kids but to a number of their friends as well! She loves to kick back with a glass of wine and a good read.
